The Under 7s and 8s have organised a charity fund-raising night at the Baron’s, Burscough. There will be an 80s style cabaret and disco. Tickets are £10 and include a fish & chip supper. All proceeds go to the Club. Contact Allan or Louise on 01704 892930 for tickets.

Despite best efforts at braving the hail, wind and rain the under 7s lost to Southport 3-2. It was a close game and both sides tried very hard. Player of the week was Morgan. Captains were Robert and Morgan. Well done everyone!

After a slow start conceding 2 tries in quick succession the U8s came back to win the local derby against Tarleton 4-2 thanks to superb defence and good handling in attack. Player of the week was Matthew Redding.
