1. Pse Read this and forward it to any (inc former) club members as you consider appropriate. I realise that some people have already answered the ‘diary clearers’ but I am now starting a proper list. I promised to get this email out before Easter so negotiations can begin early.
2. Club tour 10th July to Dudley Kingswinford – This is being cited as a Vets tour but it is not exclusive, if you want to come you are v welcome and invited. We are hoping that most of the people who came along to my 40th last summer will support this re-run
3. The tour coincides with a number of stag do’s and birthdays (Monty, Gaffer, Nick Gordon etc – there are more) but once again the intent is to re-create the ‘Ormskirk – One club’ culture. If you want to come you are v welcome and invited!
4. The plan:
a. Sat 10th July 1000: Meet ORUFC travel by train to Wolverhampton (2hrs10)
b. Sat 10th July 1300: Transport Wolverhampton BR to Dudley Kingswinford RUFC

c. Sat 10th July 1430: KO followed by presentation etc. Biscuit and Deany both have a role here!!
d. Sat 10th July 1800: Transport back to Wolverhampton Travelodge
e. Sat 10th July 1900: Food & Beers ++++++ in Wolverhampton with local guides
f. Sun 11th July 1000: Check out and stagger to Wolverhampton BR
g. Sun 11th July 1400: (Latest) Back in Ormskirk for extra beers/ martial strife (Delete as appropriate)
5. NOT a complicated plan – What you have to do next;
a. Make a Decision - be decisive!!
b. Send an email to me, Purdy and Biscuit if you intend to go. Admin cost (minibus, presentation plaque etc will be about £5 per head – nil for students)
c. Book your accommodation (see details below) If you share a room it should be about £20 each so decide between your preferred sleeping partners!! All contact details reqd;
