The below is free to all Ormskirk coaches, plesae take advantage of this excellent opportunity.
Ormskirk RUFC have organised a Coach Development day for Sunday 20th June 2010.
The day itself is open to coaches from any club and will be delivered by Chris Leck from Sale Sharks.

10:00 Warm Up
Counter Ruck
Attack from turnover
12:00 Lunch
13:00 Warm Up
Backs defence
Forwards defence
Team defence
15:00 Questions & Evaluation
Coaches will not be required to participate, players will be coached by Chris so coaches can observe, take notes & ask questons.
Places on the course cost £25, which includes tea & coffee on arrival, refreshments & lunch.
