Congratulations to Rachael Cowan (seniors), Sarah Wallbank and Joanna Smith (both U17s) on representing Lancashire on Sunday. All three performed well with Rachael contributing two tries from full back to the seniors 50 - 0 win over Northumbria.
The ladies team take on Heaton Moor on Sunday in Ormskirk’s first home league game.
The game promises to close, each team won at home in last year’s competition. Ormskirk are praying that last year’s home conditions (six inches of snow) are not reproduced, although a reproduction of the score would boost the ladies even further up the league table.
