Ormskirk Ladies touch rugby training begins on Tuesday 8th May at 7.30pm.Â
Touch rugby is basically tag rugby without the tags! Tackles are made by a two handed touch rather than taking a tag. It is an enjoyable sport and an ideal way to get fit. You don’t need any experience to join us, just enthusiasm.Â
It’s also a good way of getting practice for the annual Ladies and Girls Tag Night -
Wednesday 30th May at 6.30pm
Everyone who can hold a rugby ball is welcome. Teams will be made up on the night. There will be a tournament and a tag sumo contest.Â
