On behalf of this year’s Ormskirk R.U.F.C. under 13s I would like to pass on our congratulations to Louis on the award of an M.B.E. in this week’s Queen’s honours list for his services to the community of Ormskirk. It is a good time for us all to reflect that without the efforts of people like Louis there would be no mini and junior sections at clubs like Ormskirk and it is only right and proper that their efforts,over many years, are justly rewarded in this way.
