The Mini and Junior section Annual General Meeting has been called for Friday 27th February 2009. The meeting is your chance to become fully involved and informed of the mini and junior section, one of the most successful mini and junior sections in Lancashire. The agenda is listed below and will be posted in the club house for all parents to see. On the night various reports will be presented and the officers who manage the section as a whole will be selected.
The rules identify that if a person wishes to be considered for a management committee position they must inform in writing the chairman or vice chairman stating clearly the position they wish to stand for, this letter must arrive no later than one week before the AGM. The last date for letters is Friday 20th February 2009.

On the night the bar will be open and we ask you either tell your year group coach you are attending or you can send an email to eanhunter@yahoo.co.uk also call on 07828488624 so numbers can be catered for.
