We are fast approaching the date of the Summer Ball, and to say that ticket sales are slow would be an understatement.
The Ball, as last year, is the one time that all Mums and Dads can get together for a social evening and to meet new people and chin wag with old friends.
The Venue, this year is at Kingswood College, in their wonderfully appointed marquee, and with live music, a disco and a 5 course meal to kick off the evening, it should be a great success.
There will, of course be an auction, and there are a couple of stunning lots to bid for.
True, the evening is that of a fundraiser, but the initial aim of the evening is to come along and have a really good time.
We start at 7.30pm with a Champagne reception, and we hope to sit and eat at 8.00pm.
So come on everyone, get your glad rags on and come and enjoy yourselves. Tickets are £35 each, or if you book a whole table at this late stage you can have it for £300.
