The eagerly awaited first match of the new season for the U10s was away to Fleetwood on Sunday 5th October. The pitch was wet but the sun was shining and our hosts made us very welcome. Naturally a little rusty initially, the team quickly settled to record a good 6-2 win made possible by sustained periods of superior tackling and a willingness to pass the ball out to the wings to capitalise on our own breaks. Well done lads and keep it up.
Training this Wednesday (8th October ) moves to Sutch Lane from 6.30 -7.30 pm.
