The under 8s came 2nd in their group defeating Tarleton 4-0 and the hosts 4-3 before losing 6-4Â against Blackburn. This gave us a semi final against Warrington who were just a little too strong for us on the day and ran out 3-1 winners before going on to win the tournament. All the Ormskirk players tried their best and conducted themselves in a sporting manner throughout the day and the coaching team are very proud of them.
